Materials We Machine
Stainless Steels
We machine a comprehensive range of stainless‑steel grades, including 304 (1.4301), 303 (1.4305), 440C (1.4125). Suitable for fixtures, mechanical components and parts requiring corrosion resistance.
Carbon & Tool Steels
Common grades: S45C / 1045, S55C /1055, 4140 (1.7225), D2 (1.2379), A2 (1.2363), M2 high-speed steel. We process mold inserts, tooling components and structural parts with high hardness requirements. For cold forming applications, we also machine 1.3343, 1.2601, and 1.6511 for punches, inserts, and transfer fingers.
Engineering Plastics
PEEK, POM ( Delrin ), PC
Aluminum Alloys
6061‑T6, 5052, 2017A, 7075‑T6, 6063 are routinely processed. Widely used for lightweight structures, heat‑dissipation and semiconductor automation assemblies.
Copper & Brass Alloys
We machine brass CW603N (CuZn36Pb3), phosphor bronze CuSn6 and pure copper for conductive, terminal and thermal‑transfer components.
Superalloys & Special Materials
Available upon request: Hastelloy C-276 (2.4819), Titanium alloys (TC4, TA1), Tungsten carbide (hardmetal). These hard-to-machine materials require extended lead-time and are quoted per specific geometry.
Surface Finishing & Post-Processing
We coordinate surface treatments through our trusted partner network, ensuring quality consistency and on-time delivery.
Available finishes: Anodizing (clear, hard, black), Electroless Nickel Plating (ENP), Passivation, Polishing, Sandblasting, Black Oxide, PVD Coating, Chrome Plating, Titanium Plating, Tufftride (Soft Nitriding), Hardening & Heat Treatment.
All finishing work is inspected before shipment — we manage the entire process so you receive finished parts on schedule.
Inspection & Equipment
Precision Metrology Instruments
We use Nikon profile projectors, TESA height gauges, and a 2.5D vision measuring machine for dimensional batch inspection. Key production-inspection records are retained for traceability of every critical part.
Machining Equipment Lis
Our workshop is equipped with CNC machining centers, wire‑cut EDM machines and surface grinders, supporting custom‑part manufacturing up to 400 × 800 mm.
