Detailed Transaction Terms

1. Website Access & Usage Agreement

By accessing and submitting inquiries on mecore-precision.com, all visitors acknowledge full acceptance of all terms below. If you disagree with any clause, please stop using all services of this website immediately.

All images, technical drawings, inspection reports, factory footage and written content on this website are intellectual property of Mecore Precision. Unauthorized reproduction, screenshot distribution or commercial use is prohibited.

This website may contain links to third-party external websites. We shall not bear any legal liability for third-party platform content, privacy policies, products or services. You access external sites at your own risk.

If any visitor or customer breaches these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently block your website access without prior notice and without any liability.

Clauses concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations and dispute jurisdiction shall remain fully enforceable even after website access is terminated.

  1. All custom CNC machining quotations remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance.
  2. Basic simplified DFM drawing risk screening is provided free of charge. Full in-depth DFM manufacturability analysis report is a dedicated value-added technical service. We offer complimentary full DFM reports exclusively to prospective clients with long-term cooperation intentions. If a complete detailed DFM optimization package is required for general inquiries, relevant technical service fees will be quoted separately.
  3. Our machining equipment is capable of stable precision up to ±0.01mm. All parts will be manufactured strictly in accordance with the tolerance values specified on customer drawings. For dimensions without individual tolerance markings on drawings, production shall follow the general medium tolerance standard ISO 2768-m. Additional processing costs will apply for ultra-tight precision tolerances tighter than general standards (e.g. ±0.005mm), special surface finishes and exotic alloy materials, with all adjusted costs integrated into the overall quotation.
  4. If raw material market prices fluctuate by more than 10%, Mecore Precision reserves the right to adjust unit pricing, with written notification sent to clients prior to production commencement.
  1. Formal machining production commences only after receipt of a 50% advance deposit against the total order amount. The remaining 50% balance must be fully cleared 100% before goods dispatch. We will not arrange shipment until full payment is received and confirmed in our account.
  2. Sample orders valued under $500 require 100% full prepayment before production starts.
  3. Any client-initiated order cancellation once production has started will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit, to cover cut raw materials, labor and fixture setup costs.
  1. All lead times stated in quotations are estimated timelines and non-binding in cases of force majeure events: raw material shortages, logistics disruptions, mandatory equipment maintenance, natural disasters or public health restrictions.
  2. General lead time is 10 working days, actual lead time varies by projects, please refer to official quotation offer. Expedited surcharges will apply for bulk orders requiring delivery within 5 working days, and all extra costs will be listed on formal quotations.
  3. Standard quotations include DAP delivery from our Dongguan factory. All import duties and customs clearance fees incurred at the destination shall be borne by the buyer. All full shipping expenses for buyer-designated door-to-door transport shall also be paid by the buyer.
  4. Products will be packed with appropriate packaging such as plastic boxes lined with pearl cotton, corrugated cartons, etc.
  1. Critical dimensions of each batch will be inspected with Nikon and TESA precision measuring instruments. Customer’s 2D drawing marked with actual measured values will be delivered together with goods for standard shipments, no separate standard inspection sheet will be provided. If you require an independent formal inspection COA for internal filing, please inform us in advance; we will issue standard inspection reports but no 2D drawings with actual marked values, and only one set of inspection records will be provided per batch.
  2. Any quality discrepancy claims shall be notified to us within 30 calendar days upon receipt of goods, accompanied by clear measurement photos and relevant test data for verification.
  3. If dimensional out-of-tolerance is caused by Mecore’s processing error, we offer free rework or full remanufacture, with all associated return shipping costs covered by our company.
  4. Mecore Precision shall not be liable for any indirect losses including client production downtime, lost revenue, or delayed project profits. Our maximum compensation limit is capped at the total value of the defective batch.
  1. Custom fixtures engineered exclusively for your project are the legal property of the buyer. We provide 12 months of free secure storage post-order completion; monthly storage fees apply for fixtures retained beyond 1 year.
  2. All client drawings, 3D models and proprietary design data shared with us are strictly confidential. We will never copy, distribute or disclose your confidential technical files to any third party without your signed written authorization.
  3. All process optimization methods, machining parameters and technical improvements independently developed by Mecore Precision during production are our exclusive intellectual property.

All production and engineering employees have signed permanent internal confidentiality agreements.

Your use of this website and machining services is entirely at your own risk. The website and manufacturing services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

The formation and interpretation of these Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding conflict of laws provisions.

Failure by us to exercise any right or pursue a single breach shall not constitute a permanent waiver of such right. If any provision herein is held invalid or unenforceable by a court, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between both parties regarding website access and CNC machining order cooperation, superseding all prior oral and written communications and agreements.

Mecore Precision reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
